Company Services
SpecWise Estimating LLC provides professional Cost Estimation, Quantity Take-Off, and Architectural Support Services to contractors, builders, and related professionals. All services are delivered based on the information and documentation provided by the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate, and legible project documents (plans, drawings, specifications, etc.) for estimation or take-off services.
SpecWise Estimating LLC is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by the client.
Final bids and markups remain the client’s responsibility.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is canceled by the client before delivery, partial charges may apply depending on work completed.
In cases of errors proven to be solely caused by SpecWise Estimating LLC, corrections will be provided at no additional cost.
Confidentiality
All project documents, drawings, and client information shared with SpecWise Estimating LLC are treated as strictly confidential.
We do not disclose or sell client data to third parties, except as required by U.S. law.
